1. Paper materials should be kept clean and hygienic. The materials in the turnover box in the workshop should be kept clean and tidy. It is advocated that the turnover box of raw materials that are not in use on the same day should be covered with cloth or plastic film to cover the dust. The semi-finished products produced should not be placed on the ground, and should be isolated and placed with pallets or material racks.

2. The humidity of paper, carton and other packaging materials shall be controlled below 12 degrees. Materials that are not used for a long time shall be wrapped with plastic film to cover dust and moisture. (the customs inspection standard is below 12%, and there is a risk of mildew if it exceeds 12%).

3. Glue, especially environmentally friendly animal glue, must be added with 2% - 5% aem5700-l glue mildew inhibitor in the animal glue before use to solve the problem of mold in the gift box caused by paper mounting glue.

4. Put an appropriate amount of biochemical desiccant in the gift box packaging carton. The inner and outer boxes of packaged products should be clean and tidy. The biochemical desiccant can not only absorb 3 times the self generated amount of water. Or put a few anti mildew tablets. It can trigger anti mildew ingredients to kill and inhibit the growth of mold in a relatively closed space, and then achieve the role of anti mildew.

Note: the bathroom door of the gift box production workshop should be kept clean without water seepage. Goods should not be stacked next to the bathroom to avoid damp and mildew.

For example, the concentration of reagent in water = 5% ÷ 80%, which is 6.25%. In practice, it should be slightly higher than this concentration.
