Paper is a recyclable resource. The raw materials of papermaking are mainly plant fibers, and in addition to the three main components of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, there are other components with less content, such as resin and ash.

The packaging of the product is an important part of the product, which not only plays a protective role in the transportation process, but also directly related to the comprehensive quality of the product. Product packaging that is usually made of paper or cardboard is called paper packaging. The following are our commonly used paper packaging materials.

1. Honeycomb paper

The inner core of honeycomb paper is a lot of closed hole chambers, because its internal air is not circulating, so it has good heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation performance. At the same time, only after some special treatment, honeycomb paper can be flame retardant, moisture-proof and mildew-proof. Honeycomb paper is widely used, not only can be used as packaging materials in various products, but also can be used instead of conventional building materials as partition walls, which can effectively reduce the weight of the building. Honeycomb paper can also replace wood for furniture, which is not only strong and durable, but also saves wood.

2. Corrugated paper

The corrugated paper bonded by the processing of hanging paper and corrugated rollers is generally divided into two categories: single corrugated cardboard and double corrugated cardboard, which has the advantages of low cost, light weight, easy processing, high strength, convenient storage and handling.

3. Single powder paper/double powder paper

Single powder paper: commonly used carton materials, such as: coated paper, matte paper, etc., paper one side light, one side dumb, glossy surface can be printed, can achieve a variety of color printing, commonly used surface treatment processes are: glue, UV, hot stamping, embossing, etc.

Double powder paper: Double powder paper is also gray cardboard, usually thicker. More than 250 grams, used for mounting paper, mounting pits, mainly for large outer packaging.
