What information do I need to provide for a quote?

I have no ideas for the product design, can you do it for me?

Yes, we have a professional team that can provide designs for you free of charge.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Sure, if the material is standard, we can provide a free sample; if you need a finished product sample, we will charge a printing fee.

Do I need to pay a deposit before mass production?

Yes, 50% deposit, and the remaining balance will be paid before shipment.

If I want to place a bulk order directly, will you make samples for me first?

Usually, after you confirm the design, we will arrange production. After production is completed, we will send you videos and pictures for confirmation. After your confirmation, we will arrange shipment according to your requirements. If the final product does not match the design or does not meet your requirements, we will remake it or issue a refund. So you don't need to worry at all about receiving products that do not meet your expectations.

If I find quality problems after receiving the goods, can you arrange for an immediate replacement? If it is a quality issue on our part, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
