What information do you need to quote for me ?

Size,material,box/bags structure,color,surface disposal,quantity.

I don't have any idea of the product design, could you do that for me ?

Yes, we have professional team can offer you the design freely.

Could I get sample before I decide to place an order ?

Yes, if the material is regular,we can provide dummy sample for you freely; If you need finished sample,we will charge for the printing.

Do you require any deposit before mass production ?

Yes, 50% deposit, rest balance would be paid before shipment.

If i want direct place bulk orders,will you make samples for me first?

Generally we will arrange production after you confirm the deisgn,then once finished,will send the video&pictures for you confirm,after you confirm,then will arrange shipping as your request,if the finsihed products not as same as the deisgn,or it is not your want,we will re make or refund,so you don't need worry what you received is not your want.

If I found some quality problem after I received the goods, could you arrange the replacement for me right away ?

If the quality problem caused by us, we will arrange replacement right away.
